Reinforce your piano students' understanding of major and minor triads with this bundle of ice cream-themed music games. 
 
WHAT IS IT?
1. Question Cards
Major and Minor chords in root position, featuring
Letters, piano keys, treble clef notes, bass clef notes 
 
2. Ice Cream Chords Activity
Identify the notes in the stave chord, place the ice cream tokens on the correct piano keys , and add the correct chord name card. 
Alternatively, you (the teacher) can place tokens down randomly with an incorrect chord name card and have your students fix the mistakes.
 
3. Gimme Ice Cream! Game
Both players choose a chord (or chords) that represents their animal character.  
They work their way through the pack of chord question cards.
When a player's chord appears, they move forwards a space and the other player moves back a space.
The player to reach the ice cream bowl first is the winner!
 
4. Race To The Ice Cream Parlor Game
Players take turns identifying the chord on the question card and referring to the chord/space grid to see how many spaces to move.
The first to reach the ice cream parlor is the winner.
