WHAT IS IT?
Players take it in turns to pick up candy cane cards and identify the value of the note or rest. They then decide on an elf to give it to (making sure they don't exceed the number of beats in the time signature!). If the card completes the time signature (for example, if there were three beats in a 4/4 time signature and they add a one beat note) then they befriend that elf!
The player with the most befriend elf at the end is the winner!
